Welcome to Hope Land Therapy. My name is Natasha Lentner and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Founder and CEO of Hope Land Therapy, LLC. I provide Therapy Services and Life Coaching Services.

In the field of therapy since 2016, I work with individuals, couples and families to achieve their goals to build healthy communication, relationship repair, self-awareness, self-care, healthy boundaries, acceptance, and mindfulness.

My office setting is outpatient mental health services in-person or using telehealth (Video/ Phone). My practice style includes Solution Focused, CBT, ACT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma Focused Care. I am an ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP)

I provide morning, afternoon and evening hours. Clients can expect professional care that is focused on personalized goals.
